Which Car Do You Actually Need?
Four classes, and the only two questions that decide between them: how many of you, and how much luggage.
People tend to choose a transfer vehicle by how it looks. It is almost always the wrong criterion. The two questions that matter are how many passengers and how much luggage — and the second catches people out far more often than the first.
The saloons
The Mercedes E Class, the Tesla and the Toyota Corolla each take up to three passengers and two large cases. That is not the number on the registration document — a saloon is a five-seater on paper. It is what actually works once the driver has the front seat and the boot has to hold the luggage.
Three adults with hand luggage: fine. Three adults with three large suitcases: not fine, and it is far better to know that now than at the terminal.
The van
The Mercedes V Class takes up to seven passengers and five large cases, with room to move between them. It is the honest answer for families, golf groups, and anyone who has ever tried to fit a pushchair into a saloon boot.
The electric option
The Tesla is a saloon with the same capacity as the E Class. Choose it if a quiet, zero-tailpipe-emission ride matters to you; the practical difference on a coastal transfer is the noise, not the space.
If nothing fits
The booking page filters the fleet down to what your passenger and luggage numbers will actually take, so a car that cannot hold your group is never offered. If none of them can, it says so rather than letting you book — and we can send more than one vehicle. Mention it in the notes.
