Alicante Airport Transfers: What Happens on the Day
From the moment your flight lands at ALC to the moment you reach your door — how a private transfer works, and what is included.
The difference between a good airport transfer and a bad one is rarely the car. It is the twenty minutes after you land — whether someone is actually waiting, whether they already know your flight was late, and whether you have to explain your address twice to somebody who has never heard of it.
Before you travel
Book at least two hours before pickup. For an arrival at Alicante–Elche, the pickup time is your scheduled landing time, not the time you expect to walk out of the terminal. The rest is built in for you.
Give us your flight number when you book. It is the single most useful thing on the form: it is how a delayed landing gets handled without a phone call at midnight.
When you land
Meet and greet is included on every booking. Your chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a name board rather than messaging you from a car park — which matters most when you are arriving somewhere for the first time, at night, with tired children.
Every vehicle carries a complimentary bottle of water, free Wi-Fi and a mobile charger. Small things, but they are the ones you notice after a four-hour flight with a dead phone.
Getting to the coast
Most arrivals at ALC are not going to Alicante city. They are heading south to Torrevieja, Guardamar and Orihuela Costa and the urbanisations around them, or north to Benidorm, Altea and Calpe. A private transfer takes you to the address rather than to the nearest stop with your luggage.
If you are not certain we cover where you are going, ask before you book rather than after.
Paying
Card payments are taken on PayPal’s own hosted checkout. Your card details never pass through this website at any point — we could not store them if we wanted to.
The fare is confirmed with your booking. You will not find a price list here, because the honest number depends on the route, and a figure in a blog post has a way of becoming a figure someone expects to be charged.
